John spent 18 years with one of the UK's top 10 agencies, latterly as a Divisional Director, moulding it into a highly successful multi-faceted customer focused organisation.
John formed Claremont Consulting in 2002 with a vision of creating a company that delivers quality and innovative recruitment solutions to clients.
Still very much hands on, John is responsible for the overall Financial Management, Compliance and Quality Control of the Claremont Group.
Mark began his career in recruitment in 1989 and his talent combined with his enthusiasm and energy quickly led him to become Manager of the Major Accounts division at a leading global Recruitment company working with a client list that included many of the UK's major corporate organisations. Such was his success that many of the relationships formed then are still in place today.
In 1999 Mark joined a global Professional Services company as Head of Recruitment and HR, where he established a strategy that was instrumental in the growth of the UK operation from start up to 70 Consultants.
Mark teamed up with John in 2002 to set up Claremont Consulting, where he has overall responsibility for client relationship management.
Simon began his career in IT Recruitment in 1992 and quickly progressed to Senior Management level within the Contracts Division of one of the UK's top ten agencies.
He was responsible for managing one of the most successful sales team in the industry at the time across the UK, European and International markets.
Since helping to establish Claremont, he has been able to further demonstrate his in-depth knowledge of the global IT Consulting market and build on his close working relationships with some of the industry's leading consultancy organisations.
He manages the Sales teams for both the UK and International markets and is responsible for identifying emerging technologies and geographical markets.
