Claremont Consulting Ltd offers a service to both candidates and clients - but it wishes to stress that no guarantee of service is made through this website.

Claremont Consulting Ltd’s website (“the Site”) is intended for people to access information about its latest jobs and for people to be able to apply to those jobs. The volume of applications and registrations on the Site may make it impossible for Claremont Consulting Ltd to respond in person to each application or registration, but Claremont Consulting Ltd guarantees that applications are received and they are all considered.

These Terms of Use are for the use of the Site only and all candidates and clients of Claremont Consulting Ltd will be required to separately enter into Claremont Consulting Ltd’s standard Terms of Engagement and Terms of Business respectively prior to commencing any formal working relationship with Claremont Consulting Ltd. For the avoidance of doubt these Terms of Use are not intended to amend, replace or supersede Claremont Consulting Ltd’s standard Terms of Business or Terms of Engagement.

Security and passwords

When you register with this Site or sign on when you visit the Site, you will need to use a user name and password. Each user shall be permitted to use one user name and password only. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of the password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to anyone. The information contained on this Site including any salary/ hourly/daily pay rate information or surveys are given in good faith and Claremont Consulting Ltd uses all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate. However, Claremont Consulting Ltd gives no representation or warranty in respect of such information and all such representations and warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded.

Claremont Consulting Ltd makes no representation or warranty as to the final terms and duration of any appointment obtained through this Site. Whilst Claremont Consulting Ltd takes all reasonable endeavours to ensure it is the case, it does not guarantee that it or any employer or client will keep confidential any candidate information or data provided to them.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidly shall not affect the validly of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Your use of the Site and downloads from it, and the operation of these terms and conditions, shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of the use of this website
